2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every reservation and purchase of a puppy from Noble Dogs. By placing a reservation, you agree to these terms and conditions.
3. Reservation
A reservation is final upon payment of a €150 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable, unless Noble Dogs cancels the reservation. If the buyer cancels, the deposit will not be refunded.
4. Prices
The prices listed include VAT. The price depends on the breed and will be provided at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due upon pickup of the puppy.
5. Picking up the puppy
The puppy may leave the litter starting at 8 weeks. When you pick up your puppy, you will receive:
- A Sales Agreement
- A European passport
- 1-year warranty
- A puppy starter kit (kibble, measuring cup, puppy guide, discount coupon, stuffed animal with the scent of the litter, chew toy)
6. Health Guarantee
Every puppy is vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and registered at the time of pickup. Noble Dogs offers a 1-year warranty against hereditary conditions, provided the buyer has the puppy examined by a veterinarian within 48 hours of pickup. The warranty is void in the event of negligence on the part of the buyer.
7. Liability
Noble Dogs is not liable for:
- Behavioral Problems After Adoption
- Health problems caused by the buyer's negligence
- Damage caused by the puppy to third parties
8. Visit to the breeding farm
Noble Dogs operates by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted. This ensures that we have enough time and can provide personalized attention for every visit.
9. Intellectual Property
All photos, text, and images on the Noble Dogs website are the property of Noble Dogs and may not be used or distributed without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the court in Turnhout shall have jurisdiction.
